At Sillage Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and place it inside a secure shipping box with the provided return label.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
